Please be assured that we do not supply seconds or discontinued products. All our products are supplied direct from the manufacturer with standard warranties and guarantees.
Quantities
Our minimum order is 4 metres per individual fabric or 4 rolls per individual wallpaper (with the exception of those priced and sold by the metre).

To receive a quote, complete the simple quote form and we will email you back with a price within 24 hours. When selecting a supplier or brand, please ensure you use the drop-down menu which includes all those we are able to supply. You may include up to 2 enquiries per form. For additional items please complete multiple forms.
Quotations are valid on the date of issue only.
If, after 24 hours, you are unable to locate your quote in either the Inbox or Spam mail folders please contact our customer support.
Product Codes
All order placed must have a product code for ensuring that we order the correct product. Most suppliers work with codes for identifying products, rather than using design names and colour descriptions
Some suppliers do not use product codes and instead require a design name and either a colour description, e.g. Turquoise, or a colour number, e.g. 05: Blendworth, Niche, K&K and Wemyss.
Product codes often have a similar format to BT4418/08 or HJJ23378. We are unable to give these numbers to you, unless you can visit our showrooms base in Warrington Cheshire. We can confirm design names and colour description once supplied with the code.
Samples and Cuttings
Since we relay solely upon product codes for ordering, we recommend that you procure a sample of your chosen fabric, trimming or wallpaper to ensure that you have the correct details.
It is important to note that manufacturers sample shade may vary slightly from the fabric sent. Where colour matching is critical it will be necessary to acquire a stock cutting from the current batch.
Please note, we can not assist with queries relating to product identification or samples. For samples, you should contact the showroom of the brand direct.
Suitability and Liability
It is important that, prior to ordering, you ensure the suitability of the product for your chosen purpose or use. We are unable to accept any liability arising in respect of any loss, damage or deterioration in condition to any goods sold caused by usage cleaning processes, shrinkage, make-up, installation, atmospheric conditions or general application.
Ordering & Payment
If you proceed with an order please respond to our email quote confirming the product code (if applicable), final quantity, delivery address and billing address. We will check stock availability and telephone you shortly afterwards to take debit or credit card details. The receipt will be posted to the billing address. Once payment has been processed, all debit or credit card details are destroyed for your security.
With fabric, manufacturers are occasionally unable to satisfy an order from one piece especially where the amount required is over the “standard” piece length of approximately 40 metres. In these circumstances, you will need to calculate the different lengths you require from the cuts available, curtain makers and upholsterers are familiar with this normal function. We will ensure that the different pieces are from the same batch and will, therefore, match exactly. Alternatively, it may be possible to wait for new stock (see back-orders below).
Delivery Costs
UK delivery is usually charged at £10 per supplier. Multiple orders from the same supplier will incur only a single delivery charge.
Amendments and Cancellations
Once an order has been received and payment taken we are unable to accept amendment, cancellation or make a refund except in exceptional circumstances.
Occasionally, the delivery date of back-orders may alter significantly. If the revised date proves unacceptable, you may cancel the order for a full refund. Some back orders are special orders and cannot be cancelled.
Back Orders
Sometimes goods are out of stock and we will advise you of the expected date of new stock, occasionally, the delivery date of back-orders may alter significantly. You may wish to wait until closer to the delivery date to place your order. However, sometimes the back-orders exceed the next stock arrival causing goods to go out of stock immediately. It is recommended that a back-order is placed to ensure that, when new stock arrives, your order is despatched immediately. Payment is required at the time the back-order is placed.
Delivery and Despatch
Goods will normally be despatched for an approximate delivery time of 5 clear working days following receipt of order and payment. This can be longer if the goods are being despatched from outside the UK. All times are approximate and we will not be liable for compensation arising from protracted delivery.
Some suppliers insist on using couriers who can usually only deliver to a business address. For more flexibility, we can use Parcel Force for home delivery or collection from a nearby parcel office. When accepting your delivery, it is important to check the number of packages listed on the driver’s sheet corresponds to the number received.
At your request, we are able to arrange delivery to a third party such as a decorator, upholsterer or curtain-maker. If the goods are to be cut or altered by the third party without you having the opportunity to verify that the correct item has been delivered, it is essential that you forward to the third party a sample of your fabric or wallpaper to enable them to perform this function on your behalf.
It is recommended that you DO NOT book a upholsterer, decorator or a curtain maker, until you have received the goods.
Faulty Goods and Returns
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered to you in the best possible condition, it is important that you inspect each item thoroughly as soon as it arrives. Any faults or problems must be reported to us within 14 days. Please note that, once you have signed to accept goods, you are agreeing with the courier that there is no visible damage. Subsequent claims may, therefore, be rejected by the supplier.
If goods are faulty or if a different product to the one ordered has been sent, we will organise replacement subject to the following conditions: (1) fabric to be returned must be in its original, uncut state; or (2) wallpaper will not be accepted for return where more than two drops have been hung. Certain manufacturers will arrange collection of faulty goods. Alternatively, faulty goods should be returned to our offices in their original packaging using the standard Royal Mail parcel service, the cost of which will be reimbursed. Where alternative methods of return are used, we will reimburse the applicable Royal Mail standard parcel service published charge.
Returns are not possible under any other circumstances. Where goods are to be cut, altered or hung by a third party (such as a curtain maker, upholsterer or decorator) without you having the opportunity to verify that the correct item has been delivered, it is essential that you forward to the third party full details of your fabric or wallpaper, include a sample or cutting to enable them to perform this function on your behalf. A third party who cuts or otherwise alters fabric or wallpaper is considered, as your agent, to have accepted the faulty or incorrect goods on your behalf.
Privacy Policy
Designer Fabrics 4 Less do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
