Please confirm the problem: Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty.

Please describe the fault, e.g. A flow in the fabric exists please include details of the position and repetition.

Please confirm that the fabric has not been cut. If cuts have been made, please advise on the number of cuts. Most manufacturers will not replace fabric that has been cut.

Please advise whether you wish the entire order to be replaced or you require an additional piece from the same batch to replace the faulty part. If so, please advise the length of the piece required.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and make every effort to secure replacement as soon as possible. It is likely that manufacturers will require return of the faulty item in its original packaging.
