Please confirm the problem: Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty.

Please describe the fault, e.g. A mark on the wallpaper, please include details of the colour, position and repetition.

Please confirm that the wallpaper has not been cut. If cuts have been made, please advise on the number of cuts. Most manufacturers will not replace wallpaper that has more than two cuts.

Please advise whether you wish the entire order to be replaced or you require an additional paper from the same batch to replace the faulty part. If so, please advise the amount required.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and make every effort to secure replacement as soon as possible. It is likely that manufacturers will require return of the faulty item in its original packaging.
